  • 15% off your order of any of the featured wines for 30 days after the shipment goes out. (We can only ship wine in quantities of 3 bottles) Discount will increase to 20% if you are also a case club member.

To enroll in the Grape Nuts, please complete the below enrollment form. You will be contacted for credit card information once your form is received. Enrollment requires a minimum one-year commitment. The credit card on file will be billed prior to each individual shipment. There will be a $75 early cancellation fee charged to your credit card should you cancel your membership before the end of the first year. You will automatically be re-enrolled each year unless we are contacted. Gift memberships are valid for one year only.
